MISSION & OBJECTIVE
Brilliant Light International Film Festival of Los Angeles is committed to
exhibiting projects which expand consciousness, develop awareness, shift
paradigms, challenge the mind, inspire the imagination, awaken the spirit,
and illuminate the soul. The festival gives voice to independent filmmakers
whose projects embody such intentions regardless of gender, race,
geographic location, religion or sexual identity. Through film, we believe that
lives can be changed; people yearning for something greater find
connection...to themselves, to others, to our world and beyond. Film is a
powerful medium, and we are committed to supporting those filmmakers
who are driven to pursue a higher purpose in their art.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
This is the second annual event for Brilliant Light International Film Festival
of Los Angeles. We expect to be a rapidly growing, highly successful,
regular addition to the festival market.
The categories of the festival include a wide array of subject matter: from
stories of personal struggle, to global issues, and even supernatural and
sci-fi films which inspire the mind to grasp the possibilities of our soul and
our universe. Films may delve into dark places in their journey or remain
positive throughout. Brilliant Light International Film Festival of Los Angeles
presents projects which embody the themes of consciousness, awareness,
and spirit.
